Help! Do I Hire an Agency or an Army of Freelancers?


When starting something from the ground up, you may not have the capital to build out a full fledged marketing team. 

In these instances you will likely carry a lot of the load yourself or leverage outside parties to help you out. 

In today’s episode, a newly minted Director of Marketing that oversees a department of one needs help rebranding and rebuilding his new company’s website. This is the first in a list of activities that need to be undertaken. 

Should we get started by hiring an agency or by building up a fleet of freelancers to help him with the task?
