When working in a corporate environment, dealing with opposing views can be one of the harder things to navigate. This is especially true when that opposing view comes from someone in a position of power. 

But what if you know that you are right?

In today’s episode an engineer writes in asking for help convincing the head of her company’s marketing department that the organization needs a corporate brand design guideline. Something which the head of marketing vehemently opposes. 

She is looking for reassurance that she is right (she is) and helps convince this individual of the need for one.
